A little while ago my wife and I visited Cairo and took a trip on the Nile where we served a most delicious meal consisting of several courses. During what I considered about the pudding stage I tried a thickish liquid which was light brown and seemed possibly to be of a milk base. My wife seems to think the name of this dish began with a K but this is not certain. It was quite delicious and I have been trying to find out what it could of been.
I'm sorry to be so vague but then if I had taken more notice at the time this question would not be appearing here. Can anyone please suggest a solution.
