Anyone else finding the soundtrack of the new drama on channel 4 Red Riding Hood very quiet, even with my T.V. sound full up I am only getting one word in five of the dialogue,so have given up for tonight!!!! It's not my television, because when the adverts come on I am nearly blasted out of my chair!!!!!. I remember the soundtrack of the film Brokeback Mountain was the same, I never did get what that was all about in the cinema ...and no,I am not in my dotage just yet.
Thought it was me going deaf. I missed half the dialogue. It was very poor, too much of a strain to follow, don't think I'll be watching the other two.

i loved all of it, but i know what you mean about the sound.
i think its to do with the fact a lot of the main characters were men and men naturally have a low voice and when they lower it further it kinda goes all gravely the whole time.
plus they were northern (im northern) and northern voices are quite low in general.
i found it the same in the movie , no country for old men too.
