Replacing The Toilet Rolls !

Why is it that some men have difficulty in replacing the toilet rolls in the loo when it's finished....is it beneath them to forward plan and replace this essential item as courtesy for the next person??

I think you have just read my mind, that very same thing happened today in my house, and the new toilet rolls are stored on a holder thing at less than arms length, but him in doors is still not able to reach out and get one.
