Pregnancy? lactose/wheat intolerence?ulcer? really bad indigestion? You say that it usually happens late morning and afternoon,is there something specific that you eat for breakfast or luch that could be causing this? The doctor should be able to see you straight away seeing that its an emergency, but go,even if the pains gone tomorrow just in case its something serious that might seem ok now but may develop into something life threatening! Good luck and hope its nothing major!
