Why do they have ultraviolet lights in some public toilets? What are they for?

Next time you're in a club and you're next to a UV lamp, try seeing your own veins. They also rub vaseline on flat surfaces to prevent powdered substances being snorted. (I know cause I've worked in city centre bars - and you see it all!)
I thought they were free tanning lights! I sat in the loo for 2 hours trying to bronze up!
I think it's unfair on drug addicts, they're going to sit there for hours, stabbing away trying to find a vein. And the coke guys who lose it on the cistern, they'll have paid a fortune for that coke, probably the last of their money.
