e-mail comes in a couple of "flavours"
there is hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc
just log on to (for instance) google.co.uk
click on mail .... sign up for a new account

then there is the ISP "flavour"
generally it's similar - but you could well have a page for managing your account - and your ISP will let you have 5, 10, 50 e-mails
which you create from your account pages

DON'T post your full e-mail here only the bit after the @
