On Line Messenger- need to bar on one user

My daughter is spendin TOOO much time on MSN On line messenger. I have given her 2 user a/c. One for surfing and other one for College work.
She can ise messenger on Surfing user but I need to bar it on college user site.. I can bar web addresses so what is the web address for msn on line messenger?

There isn't a web address as such, I would imagine the best way is to block access via the firewall.

MSN messenger is on ports 1863 and 443 so block those and see what happens.
Look up Parental control software.
These are programmes you can set on your computer to control access to programmes and sites, amount of time allowed on the computer etc.

Been told that MSN is a programme and not a web address so either I use parental control and bar it(and let the ither user suffer) Or leave as it is
