scanning problem!! soo frustrating!!

hey there. i have an olivetti any_way simple printer, with scanner. i am trying to scan pictures into my computer but its will not do it! it comes up with what i would like to do e.g file to folder whcih is what i choose i then click scan and nothing happens can anyone help..the instructions are useless lol thanks

When you installed the scanner, it may not have installed the requisite program for storing scanned pictures. They won't file in Word for example. If you had Adobe Photoshop or other similar program you could store them there...
