present you've ever been given?
My best is my computer. My mum reckons her best was the GHD straightners I gave her some years back as her hair is nearly afro!!! LOL
I once treated my best friend to a day at the spa for Christmas (279 worth) and she gave me a CD which she got free in a Sunday Supplement!

Oops - sorry for the mistake Mrs. O.
Btw, I've just caught the thread with the news about your ring. Excellent!!
My ex bought me a ring on my 20th birthday (which I still have now). It's got nine diamonds and five sapphires. It's a really unusual design. A few years later, I looked down at my hand, and to my utter horror, I noticed that the centre diamond had fallen out. I was devastated, but decided to speak to my bf about it when he returned from his golfing trip. 3 days later, I came out of the bathroom and saw something glistening in the carpet!! Yep - twas my missing diamond. I sent the ring and loose stone back to Selfridges in London and they charged me 245 to put it back in. I had a right argument with the woman at the time, but when all was said and done, I was just grateful that I eventually found the stone. x
