Chinese take away curry

Does anybody have a recipe for Chinese takeaway curry? I live in France and miss my favorite dish, I have tried many variations but none have come close to the real thing�..

hi, the closest thing i've come to is a product called mayflower curry powder found in most english supermarkets, only takes two minutes to cook hope that helps

I have tried LOTS of curry pastes, but the closest to Take Away curry is S&B golden curry paste. It comes in a block and makes about half a gallon of sauce and it's spot on...
