moisturiser

I use Olay tinted moisturiser but do I still need to moisturise before using?

I use Olay tinited as well and I dont moisturise before using it , dont really know if you are supposed to or not but I feel as it is already moisturised you would be defeating the purpose if you used something else before this, suppose it depends on how you want to use it
