I had a "pamper" day yesterday at a spa.

I had a 6 minute session on a sunbed and wore the goggles provided, however my eyes have been smarting and appear bloodshot today.
Could this be as a result of the sunbed? If so, what will help?

Dont know what else you did at the session, but if you swam, went into steam room or sauna, it could be any of those as well.
Best plan is to NOT rub them or touch them. Then either use slices of cold cucumber from the fridge and put them over your eyes for a while, or my personal favourite, is chilling 2 used teabags in the fridge, and then lying back and putting them on my (closed!) eyes for 15 or 20 minutes. IT is coolng, soothing and the tannin does wonders for tired and bloodshot eyes!
