I love to round of a meal with a seville coffee (cointreau) with a lovely floating layer of cream. Yum.

had mine, puddi and i'm stuffed ( no, before you ask - it was'nt KFC - finger-lickin chicken and home to the zinger tower meal etc!) , mrs ian done a lovely beef casserole, with bruscheta too start, complimented with a glass of pinot griggio! ( very civilised) - it was lovely!! x

My other half is cooking calves liver and onions with mashed potatoes, green beans and cauliflower. I am going to enjoy it washed down with a glass of Merlot.

funnygirl ,oxtail stew , lovely ,not had that for years
and I love butter beans ...
we had smoked vietnamese river cobbler in a white
sauce , just like cod ..
But going later to get some fresh rabbits ..not for
me as I don't like it ...rural England ,this is a
green and pleasant land ...

btw i almost bought a house in hastings - bexhill on sea to be precise - i like it there too, but happy where i am - surrounded by good quality friends and folk! x thinking of going back to NZ though - may have a "jock" contract! - will see if accept it!
