Surely one of the advantages of living in Thornton Heath is that yo can look down on all those people, just along the road, who live in Croydon?

Do they still have the market in Croydon tiggs? Used to be good. Mind you I am talking about the late 70's/early 80's.

Yep sure do Jan. Surrey Street market is still there although I very rarely go there these days. The last time I got avocados from there they were all black inside.

I'd love there to be a farmers market in Croydon. The one nearest to me is Borough Market near London Bridge.

I'm sorry to say it but the best street market in Hastings is once a month they have a French market. It is great, all the different cheeses and meats that you just can't buy over here.
