There doesn't seem to be a page on the BBC web site, you may have to write the recipies from the programme...

you can watch previous programmes with bbc iplayer!!!

If you go on the bbc website and put grow your own drugs in the search box it will bring up the options. Click on the first link then select which programme you want the recipes from. Scroll down to the bottom of the page with the synopsis on and you can select to see the recipes. I printed off some recipes myself! Bit longwinded all this but you'll find them eventually!

There`s a book out now with the recipes etc in it. It`s available on Amazon for �9 odd. Much cheaper than in the shops
