i can't decide between the lg c3300 or the motorola e550. Can anyone tell me which is the best phone?

Dont go for the E550, I have one and it's Pony. The battery life lasts as long as I would last in bed with Angelina Jolie!
The joystick on it is crap too.

Why not go into a phone store and see if you can get on on a trial basis - most places let you return phones if you are not happy, or it there is a fault. try them both for a week, take them both back (different places of course!) and then go buy your preference.

Something as personal as a mobile phone needs to be your choice not from a recommendation as everyone will have their own preferences which may not be the same as yours.
