Can dogs catch miximitosis from rabbits? I have a lot of rabbits with this disease near me and my dog is often retrieving dead bodies.

No. Myxamatosis is unique to rabbits.
No, myxomatosis is specific to the rabbit family. Note that a sick rabbit with myxomatosis is less resistant to other diseases that may be transmittable.

Thank you all - very reassured now!
Sorry to put the mockers on this but dogs can get it but it's easily treated, last year my friends two Cavaliers got it, the vet said it was very rare but he had treated a few dogs with it, I do know this because I went to the vets with her.
