I have been baking for mother's day tea tomorrow .( Will raise a tea cup to my late mum) I have made apple and walnut cake, little choc cakes with philly icing, mini cheese and chive scones, Some sort of frittata with smoked salmon , key lime pie and sausages in maple and mustard. Cant wait to get stuck in tomorrow. oh and will have ham sarnies and salmon (tinned ,of course) and cucumber sarnies. Just got to find those pesky doilies now. All you mums enjoy.

yes ive been baking! i made coffee and walnut tray bake, lemon sponge, fruit cake and chocolate brownies ready for pack ups next week.

I fancy baking a cake now. I made a Victoria sponge for my bf the other day. And a lemon cake for my parents last weekend. Thinking of making a chocolate one tomorrow.

oh Nigella's chocolate and guinness cake with cream cheese topping is wonderful. Really dark and with the white topping like a glass of guinness.

Well I am up to 10 people now. Hope to see 2 of my offspring and speak to other one on phone. More the merrier I say. Come on round.
