credit card protection

I have been using Sentinel - and although they do what it says on the packet, trying to keep card numbers up to date seems impossible. They only seem to allow for this to happen every 2 years, and when there are two of you it means half the card numbers are out of date at any time.
Is there another company that would allow me to keep this information up to date online?
