Yea I sent a lovey dovey text to a bird that I was going out with once saying that I loved her etc etc when I had, had a few beers.

At work the next day my guvner asked me why I had sent him a text message saying that I loved him.

No. My friend split up with a guy though and sent a text to someone else telling them to feel free to drive into her ex's car while he was there collecting his things - she sent it to him by accident though!

My Polish babysitter is teaching me her language.

I thought I'd sent her a text last week (in Polish). It went to my mother in laws landline by mistake. She saved the message - it sounded like electronic gibberish!

God! it's so embarrassing when that happens. I once typed a message to a colleague saying the boss was getting on my nerves and should really do something about his ridiculous comb-over...........guess who got the msg? !!

When my friend started uni, she sent me a text to say she hated it and didnt like her housemates. I responded by telling her if she got desperate I could hook her up with big gay Claire,only to send that message to Claire instead of her.

Yes I have - when my son was about 13 - I was taking a crafty look at mobile phone - back then I did'nt really have a clue how to work it - I viewed a text message he had sent to a girl (it was a bit saucy-schoolboy stuff !!) - still fiddling with the phone,I noticed this girl had 2 mobile numbers - I don't know how I did it, but I sent the message again to one of the 2 numbers listed for her - what I did'nt know was the 2nd number was her Dad's mobile phone (which she had borrowed briefly).

OMG I was beside my self with worry - anyway after a stiff drink, I remembered a friend who knew the girl's mum - anyway I got my friend to phone her and explain what I had done - fortunately she saw the funny side.

The moral of this story - never fiddle with things you know nothing about - and that advice I gave to my son as well !!!!!
