surely it is 6! becasue the  numbers go double 3, 5, double 4, 3, double 5,  4 so the next numbers would be double 6 - i think ;)

I agree it is 3. The sequence is the number of letters used to spell numbers - so one is 3, so is two, then three is 5. The next number is ten - which is also a 3

the difference line is 0, +2, -1, 0, -1, 2, 0

so the next increment is +2

yeah, first i thought it was 6 but then i realised it is the number of letters in numbers.

if you look closely its actually double 3, double 4, double 5 but the letters in the middle are 5,3,4 - which doesn't indicate a straightforward sequence (i thought it was 5,4,3 at first glance)
