What Prison ?

A bloke that I used to work with was sent to prison for life
some 3 years ago, but for whatever he did I would still like to visit and write to him but I hav'nt a clue what prison he's in as am not a relative ( I don't think that he has any still alive) so the authorities will not give out any information on him, is tere any way I can find out where he so that I can at least write to him ?

No Pink-Kittens why should it be a joke ? rightly or wrongly people are sent to prison, and as I said for whatever he did it is still somebody I knew for many years
