Where is Jane Torville's Dress from?

Hello, i'm trying to find out where Jane Torville's dress is from, the one she wore on the 15th March dancing on ice show. It was a long black strapless dress with a black and white striped bow detail around the bust. Its gorgeous. I have just had a baby and have nothing to wear for a formal wedding in June, this would be perfect.
