Sky on Holiday
The local mayor here in Ibiza owns a block of holiday apartments with pool, cafe and bar. Now he wants to get Sky TV for the bar, his wife (the boss) says no. Forget about the legality of it. Would it make you prefer to book a holiday if there was Sky available (for kids, footy or news), No sarky comments about" when in Rome" etc. He wants to be able to prove that it is necessary. Please comment.

Personally, I don't use the facilities on site (apart from the pool sometimes) at a complex anyway and having Sky TV wouldn't be a decider for me as if I wanted to watch a fottie game, it's likely I would go to a footie pub.
I have been to Ibiza about 6 or 7 times before and would prefer to watch Sky TV in a sports bar than in the hotel if I was going to watch it at all.
