Northern Cyprus stamp in British Passport.
I have read in an AA Travel Book on Crete, that if you have a Northern Cyprus stamp in your passport, this could cause problems and possibly refuse entry to Greece.
As we are going to Crete in May, this would be a problem.I have checked the British Embassy website, and also telephoned, they advised me to tetephone the Greek Embassy, which I did.The only repsonse was " I don,t think you will have any problems", but there is nothing in writing.Could you please help.

Your information is out of date. The Greeks and Turks co-operate a lot with each other in areas of tourism.
