Dreamweaver Help - Tables

Whenever I copy a block of text from Microsoft Word to a table cell in Dreamweaver, the width of the cell sometimes changes, causing other cell widths to change as well. Is there a way of fixing cell widths so that they don't change, no matter how much text I copy from Word?

Although if you set a table width in pixels instead of percent it will not scale properly on higher resolution screens than the one which you are optimizing your webiste for,, the table will always be displayed in those pixels regardless of your site being viewed in 1024x768 or highher screen resolution,
