as isn't that a form of child abuse with passive smoking?

They're endangering their kids health and so should they be fined? I say YES!

well they may struggle finding people to police this if they are all too busy snooping at people's emails on bebo

in answer to the question , no they shouldnt be fined, if they want to discourage smoking they should continue to increase the price of cigarettes, people will find it harder to smoke as many if they cost a lot
okay - should kids be fined for smoking in front of their aged parents.......
it's nothing than bloody pensioner abuse.....
I don't see how you could fine parents for smoking in front of their children - would the children ring 'childline' ?

I think it does'nt matter how much cigarettes cost, people who want to smoke will.

I have seen people actually smoking over babies in prams - and think 'ignorant bast**ds".

I don't smoke, never have, never will - I have seen enough wrinkly looking women who smoke - no amount of plastic surgery will change that.
