promblem with electrolysis

got a steel boat have a problem with electrolysis ,any sugstion,s put new anodes on ,salt water one,s but fade away quite quickly ie .6 month,s.eating away at hull particuly in one place,

Some advice here. Note the mention of ''good quality bottom paint'' Another thing to try is to shackle an old piece of chain to the moored boat so that a good length of the free end rests on the seabed at all states of the tide. Hopefully, the erosion is then more likely to take place at the chain/seabed contact point, rather than on the boat.
