I now can't access the lottery site or the Post office locator site, which I have had no problems with before. The Camelot site change to their 'New user friendly ' look recently which might or might not have something to do with it. And the other change is that I loaded RAPPORT which I think is a commercial transaction protection software.
Any ideas how i can access to these site again? - thanks

Never heard of rapport, but maybe you need to click on something wihin the programme to allow these sites to run.
If you don`t need rapport, or haven`t paid for it, try removing it and see if you can then get onto the lotto etc.

Found the problem, might be of help to others. When a site is changed, i.e. 'improved' then it might now not open with your current browser. At the top of your explorer page is an icon which looks like a torn sheet of paper, this is the compatabilty function that allows 'older' to access newer site. regards
That`s handy to know, I haven`t had a problem with new lotto site, but will remember in case of future problems.
