Many years ago I went to Trinadad...we hired a cab to take us sight-seeing. When we got up into the hills we stopped at a farmhouse. The woman butchered a chicken for us...it was the best chicken I had ever had...and I thought nothing of how it got on my plate-lol

Now I would.....
On that note - I am out....the cat has ordered me to get food.

Ian - I went to the Bahamas back in 2000. I never was brave enough to try the Conch. But they did some lovely grouper patties which were delish!

me too - kids run - go and have a natter to the mums and dads and teachers in the playground - we stay there for ages sometimes!! -

nice one Mercy - the bahamas is the bees!!....... and swimming with the dolphins on paradise island is a must!!!

Ian - I never got to go swimming with the Dolphins. I stayed at the Radisson Cable Beach, and when I went parasailing, I could see the Atlantis hotel on Paradise Island.

Pasta - me old mucker got married in Trinidad. He still raves about the food now. Fish cooked in banana leaves, etc.
