cauliflower cheese

I'm doing cauliflower/broccoli/leek/carrot and courgette cheese this week and serving it with a jacket pot. and gammon steaks :)

I only ever eat cauliflower cheese with dollops of Worcester Sauce on it, and hot butterd toast.
