how can i create an application form type document which i can email to someone who then fills it in and returns it by email--a simple word doc wouldn't work since the formatting would change as the individual entered data--anyone some ideas pleaes? thanks
you can make the new format in the excel sheet . after creating the application from you saved this form in the computer.
attached this application form to the mail and send it. he/she can download the attached file and filled it . after fill the application from he can revert back to you by the mail.
you mail also put the information in the mail and send it directly.
