tasty snack in under 2 minutes

mmmmm ive just invented something really tasty. take 2 crispbreads (those things that are a bit like quavers but without any flavour and oblong shaped). spread with tomato puree and a blob of tabasco, sprinkle with dried basil, put sliced cheese on one, and make it into a big crispy sandwich then microwave it for 20 seconds. beware the hot cheese..... im having to fight to stop myself doing another one! what speedy snacks have you invented?

mmmm i'm liking the sound of that maybe add some ham as well

i make pizza muffins, just mix some tom puree with a bit of olive oil, herbs garlic whatever you fancy and top with cheese etc etc and grill!

they dont go soggy so much , perhaps the lose a tiny bit of crunch.
