Sometimes when I download a programme from the internet there is the question do I want to download their toolbar,I have always said no,Is there any reason why I should have one of these toolbars? If they are linked to something like Google, Ask, or Yahoo are they going to be sending data back to them?
If I do need one which is the best?

I always uncheck "add to start menu "and "quick load" as well, as it can slow yourdown your windows start up.
