im going on holiday in a month and would like to lose about a stone and tone up as im dreading getting into my bikini, is it possible to do this within a month? i do alot of walking and i have a good balanced diet but since having my daughter the weight seems to be piling on. i really want to tone up my legs bum and tum and the tops of my arms, any suggestions on what exercises i need to do for max effect?
it's a tall order but may be possible. if you're still putting weight on, you really need to look at your diet. step up the exercise, make sure you're doing enough to get out of breath.
I'm sure there are some great all-over body exercise dvds out there, but if you need motivation join a class.
I agree with Sara3, It is poss, just hit the classes, DVD's hard, and lower the food intake (not by much), drink lots of water, if you can about 2lts a day. Its hard but the results are great! It also stops you snacking, as the water fills you up!
Also you could get the weights that you put on your arms and ankles, and just wear them all day, that will help!
slimming world is great as it really changes your eating habits for good.
