Question Author
is it possible to make an operations system recovery disc for xp home, should i need to re-format as my xp came preloaded.
right ... I see (you want a system recovery or install disk)

either ... you will have a prog on the machine to create recovery disks (if you have a cd/dvd burner or your machine should have come with a set of recovery disks

look for an i386 folder ... or a menu option to create

alternatively you can borrow a disk and activate using the serial number on the sticker underneath your machine

many thanks ac
if you have a windows xp home product number on the casing of your pc/ laptop, you could borrow an xp home disc and use your product number/serial key to format and reinstall.
Have a look on the front, sides and back of your pc.
