Thigh pain... should I train at the gym tonight?

I attended a Dance Class last night (nothing new as I have been dancing for years) and today my thighs are really sore!!!

I know that it was because of a particular backwards travelling step, as it incorporated slow bends... anyway, my question is should I have a night away from the gym tonight in order to rest my legs?

Yes of course,better a couple of days missed for you to recouperate then a couple of weeks/months off because you ended up damaging something!
fatal to stop as you might stiffen.....just take it easier.

Go to the gym and ask one of the staff if they can recommend any equipment/exercises that won't put too much pressure on your thighs. Agree with terambulan though, don't stop completely if it's your normal routine cos you'll just go all stiff!
you probably just have some pain due to different type of exercise so therefore should still exercise but maybe as suggested a bit more gently. Really only you can decide if you feel it is some kind of injury. If it is then no dont exercise for a couple of days.
