I suspect leg was being sociable....
Pretty Woman worked out in the end but not long term
Lol pasta - well that sums it up nicely. Almost like being a prostitute though, isn't it. Ah well, if that's what some women like doing...but I still say you'd never be able to trust the guy fully. If he could do it once, he could do it again.
Hi rabbity hun!
Not strictly icey. But until the other party leaves their partner you are waiting for a future just the same....

Yes, guess so, but most are kept waiting for ever more, aren't they.

But what of the wife, zxyvixy??
Interesting, zxy. Wouldn't you rather have someone to permanently call your own?
Vixy, Would your conscience not be troubled at the thought of the wife being deceived? Not being judgemental (had enough life experience to think I need to walk in others shoes before commenting) ...
i said if i didn`t want long term commitment.i did not say i would.only once have i considered being the other woman then i had a reality check, and would have felt to guilty,i like to be number one, in a relationship
I can honestly say that I'd never put myself in the position of having to wait around for any man - let alone a married one. Luckily, I don't have to, but I think mistresses are, in the main, wasting their time, and probably causing untold misery to the wife. They often suspect what's going off, but there's nothing as sweet as revenge, by refusing to give the guy a divorce. The men don't want that anyway - it'd cost more than their "bit on the side's" worth!
A woman is a mistress for several reasons:
1) She doesn't want the "baggage" and inevitable boredom that goes with marriage. More than 1in 3 marriages end in divorce.
2) She is already in a marriage to a husband who has lost all the interest in life, but she hasn't.
3) She is still single, but is a career woman and a man is there only to satisfy her sexual needs. She is using him.
4) By being a mistress to the right person financially, she has a higher and hassle free standard of living than the wife.

Would I be a married woman's bit?.......too bloody right if she satisfied all my requirements and standards.

Well said Sqad, u get my vote !
