Er, exactly what is says it is?
i.e. a cabin which is located on the outside of the ship (so it might have portholes, but ferries do vary), rather than buried away somewhere near the engine room. It accommodates 4 people (probably with 'two up' and 'two down', in bunk beds). It's got en suite facilities, consisting of a shower and a loo.
