pages sticking

Hi
I have a lot of trouble with the pages sticking on my computer eg if I am on ebay and I want to bid I can't leave it the last minutes as sure as eggs I click to confirm a bid and the page goes hazy sometimes and takes a minute or sometimes longer to clear. It happens all the time and I regularly go to internet options to clear temp internet files & cookies as I've been told to do. Can anybody suggest what could be wrong?

Try to use Mozilla Firefox web browser. It is good and fast.
