Which is better?
5 Answers
Good morning all. My OH is looking to buy a new towbar, ball etc for our car. Up until now we have used a ' flange ' style ball however he is now considering buying a ' swan neck ' Before we commit to buy one or the other I would be interested to learn your views and opinions on the pros / cons of each.
Also which is better to use with a stabiliser bar?
Thanks in Advance

The electrics are slung under the bumper and every speed hump or pot hole whilst towing would pull the electrics out, on the new car I have a flange type, again personally alot better because of the variety in extras you can get like a bumper protector, a tow bar mounted bike carrier (ideal if you have a caravan) plust IF anything happens to the ball they are ALOT cheaper to replace. Good luck anyway. (P.S.) this is just a personal preference)
