MIcrosoft Office Outlook

I have been having problems recently with Outlook, retrieving emails from BTYahoo.
It starts to receive messages then jams on the first one.
BT say there is no fault on their side and I can access email via BTYahoo.

This problem is on both my computers (i.e. laptop & desktop.

Any ideas?

somebody has probably sent you a mail with a huge attachment.

set outlook to download headers only and then delete the mail thats causing the problem
