Storage Device Problems

I have a 'Disgo' USB storage device (128MB), However I only have 2 word documents stored on it one is 260kb the other 470kb, they are both regularly updated, however the 'Disgo' shows 1.21MB, 80.0 free ??, and tells me it is full and wont let me save the documents if added to.......any suggestions

Copy the documents off, then format the disgo - open up windows explorer, right click on the icon for the disgo, and choose format from the popup menu

Thanks sequin, I've just tried that, but, when I do it shows the capacity as '1.24MB', thats smaller then a floppy is'nt it, surely this can't be right,...........any other suggestions ??
