Why do I not have access to all the functions when accessing Microsoft Outlook Web Access via Firefox?

because outlook OWA is a Microsoft product and they wrote it to use non-standard code that only internet explorer understands. (typical M$ trying to force everyone to use their products in one way or another)

Thanks for that - makes sense, but very annoying when using a Mac!!
