the Xbox is easy, if you can get a wireless signal downstairs the get the wireless adapter for the Xbox

the TV isn't so easy, but to be honest I can't see many reasons why you would need your TV connected to the internet.

Don't get another router, this'll confuse things.

What you want is a switch. Something like this:

Surely that is a router Fo3?

I was going to suggest one of these

Configured to work in client mode and then connected to a small switch.
From the description that I quickly read, it seems that the device I linked to can function as a wireless access point and switch. But perhaps I'm wrong...

I'd agree with Chuck's suggestion too; basically you want to use a wireless receiver (as linked), then connect the devices with a switch.
