3 weeks ago had a new motorised valve, pump and hot water cylinder installed due to a leak. Since then we are still getting a lot of air in radiators even though we are bleeding them daily. The boiler now makes a really loud water gushing noise, its sound like someone is upstairs running a bath and when we turn our kitchen tap off there is a really loud clonking sound that didn't use to happen and is loudest in the en-suite bathroom which is the other side of the house has anyone got any suggestions as to what the problem is and how to cure it please.

I assume you've called the plumber who fitted it? What did he say?

He has been out since once and opened up a valve which he thought might help he is coming again on Friday.
Did he also install a differencial bypass to the system or has he left the old ( I assume manual ) bypass in place,
and has not set it up correct ? But it does also sound like he has not bled the radiators, the boiler and the new cylinder properly and has left a lot of air in the system.
sounds as though the system is boiling over and the water is escaping out of the expansion pipes.

bleeding the radiators is the easy bit, getting it out of the hot water circuit not quite so easy. leaving it for a couple of days so the air rises to the top and then venting it from the bleed valves seems to be the best solution usually.
