I my wife just set up a iva with Vardennuttal they got all the
paperwork she allready paid them 600 pounds in fees and set up a standing horder from a bank and she did start
paying 264 pounds from this month,but iI find the all thing
strange because she received a call from from them
saing after writing to all the creditors all them answer back
and tthey were redy to present a proposition to the creditors .
My question is ,is this correct coming for a licenced Insolvency practitioners,

You should not pay any fees upfront for an IVA. The fees come out of what you pay into it over the five years. We paid monthly contributions before the creditors' meeting but no fees upfront. It seems a few people have had problems.
