If the Ed wishes this place to run harmoniously, the answer is simple.

Forget about all the new security measures, just rid this place of a certain two users.

There has always been problem users on this site, but they come and go, but the current batch have egos the size of Jupiter and seem to think that this place won't exist without them.

But guess what? It did before (very well i might add) and it will once they've gone.
