Does anyone have a copy of this to hand...I need the list of ingredients for the 'Thai Vegetable Cakes' - I'm going to make them tomorrow, but I'm not at home...don't have the book with me...and can't remember the ingredients...please help!

Are you near a bookshop like Waterstones?...just have a look there.....I have done that on occasion...lol

Thanks for the answers - no I'm not near a bookshop - am in the middle of nowhere - it' 15 miles to the 'local' shop, so I want to make sure I know what I need before I go! lol

I'd already googled and found that recipe - that's not the one...I have made them before, and can vaguely remember the ingredients...so may go 'off piste'! lol
