xbox 360 no picture

we have an xbox360 that works perfectly apart from the fact it has no picutre....we do not have the three red rings, we know the tv is working fine have tried leads on someone elses console and leads all ok also tried leads the other way and still no picture ..... can anyone help please xxxxxx su xxxxxx

Is the lead switched to HD?

If it is and you do not have a HD tv you will get no picture (i think, but you really need cakeboy to see this)
